I'll be back after I've finally enjoyed the crossover episodes, too... I'm lagging behind at my end of the planet but am still very lucky to get the videos in English, at all, since German fans usually have to wait an eternity for these shows to air here on television. I would not survive the wait - especially not as an admin who tries to keep the fansite and Wendie's Facebook pages "up-to-date" and make collages from current episodes. I would entirely lack the means and motivation to do so if I didn't have access to current episodes shortly after they air in the U.S.

What an absolutely awesome H50 & Magnum P.I. crossover - I love it!
Peter did an excellent job writing these episodes - just like I expected, to be honest. He loves his babies (The two shows) and always brings out the best in them whenever he's the one coming up with the stories for them. The witty and funny dialogue, the emotional moments, and all the nods to past episodes were just perfect and soooo much fun to watch.

Here's a little message and collage for fans who missed Danno and Duke in the crossover:
While a huge majority of fans absolutely loved the crossover (like I did), some complained about the absence of Danno and Duke in the crossover. Well, I think that with so many actors/characters from two shows in the crossover, it was totally o.k. that some actors took a break. Fans also complained about Steve not being in the Magnum P.I. episode but if you consider Alex's heavy workload with 25 episodes each season and him working as producer, director and writer, too, it is easy to figure out that it was probably Alex's own decision not to be on the second crossover episode. I wished fans were a bit more understanding of the needs and wishes of their favorite actors. Scotty prefers to do fewer episodes because he wants to spend time at his home in L.A. with his family, so it makes total sense for him to take a break when there are dozens of main actors in a crossover, anyway. And to have two car-lovers and Navy SEALs (McGarrett and Magnum) share plenty of screen time together (instead of McDanno) also made a lot of sense for this crossover. I really don't understand why some fans always complain about something instead of just enjoying great episodes like the crossover while looking forward to the return of Danno and Duke in the next episode.

Please help our friends in Alex's home Australia where fires have caused death and destruction for weeks!
I donated for a number of reasons. First of all, I have friends in Australia - but I also have the highest respect and admiration for the firefighters (My own grandpa was a firefighter, too) who risk their lives every day fighting those monstrous fires. Last but not least, several native Australian animals are among my favorites - including koalas who've been hurt the most.

There are different ways you can help, too:
1) H50 Boss Peter's son runs a charity which usually sells and donates customized hats for children with cancer. At the moment, the charity is selling specific hats (with koalas on them) and 100% of the proceeds are donated to firefighters in Australia.

January is Blood Donor Month and your favorite vampire Mick (Alex in "Moonlight") has a message for you: Donate blood!
Visit the website of your local Red Cross or contact them to find out when and where you can donate blood. Blood is needed every day for people who've lost blood in accidents but it's also needed during certain operations or due to blood diseases.

JANUARY 18, 2020: Happy Weekend :-)

Fans who love H50's own Supergirl Meaghan Rath can watch her on the show "Supergirl" this Sunday, Jan. 19 at 8/7c on The CW!
Her brother Jesse is also on the cast of that show so I put both siblings in my little promo collage. So far, Meaghan seems to have only this one guest-appearance on "Supergirl" but, of course, she might return in the future whenever it fits into her H50 schedule. While I'm happy for Meaghan who enjoyed working with her brother, I'm also happy to still see her full-time on H50 because I love her as Tani - and for being the wonderful, humorful "ray of sunshine" that she is in real life and on set. I talked to her shortly in Hawaii in 2018 (at the SOTB9 and at a set) and she was simply super-nice.

My deepest condolences to the families and colleagues of both HPD officers who got shot today - I'm sharing a post by Dennis Chun about the tragedy.
Since Dennis represents HPD on H50 and always tries to do so with utmost authenticity, as well as sincere respect and appreciation of the real men in blue, I'm sure the news this morning of the dead officers were particularly sad and hurtful for him.

Sadly, some people need a reminder of the fact that H50 is only a show while real HPD officers risk their lives and make sacrifices...
I was a bit shocked to read the viewer comment "Five-0 is arriving" on HNN's Facebook page regarding the real-life shooting at Diamond Head on Sunday in which two HPD officers lost their lives. People should be a little more respectful and think first before writing stupid, unsensitive comments on social media. Those were REAL people who lost their lives.
Dennis knows first-hand about the sacrifices officers and their families make every day because his dad Kam Fong was a police officer before he played Chin Ho Kelly on the original H5O. It's probably one of the reasons why he always strives to portray HPD officers with true integrity and a certain seriousness.

Season 10 of H50 has finally arrived in Germany! The season premiere airs tonight (Tuesday) at 10:15 on Sat.1!
The German episode title "Quinn Liu" is named after the new character on the show played by Katrina Law whom I had the pleasure of talking to at the SOTB10 premiere last September in Hawaii (Video in the link below).
