This month, the "Alex O'Loughlin Fans for Organ Donation" invite fans to send

50th anniversary of the first organ transplantation in Hawaii by supporting the
great work of the charity "Legacy of Life Hawaii". This Hawaii-based charity

back on set but won't tell if he's visiting or working - Thanks to his Mom Sue

It's probably important that Eddie and Alex meet regularly to make Eddie feel
the close bond between him and Alex whose character Steve is Eddie's dog daddy
on the show. These two buddies live together on H50, and I'm not sure such a
close dog/owner relationship could be portrayed properly if they only meet once
or twice a year in real-life:

kind of special to me even though I didn't see much of filming since I was
either standing too far away or they were filming inside, which means out of (fan)

so I can't complain too much :-)

PLEASE read this personal post from
me as head of the "Alex O'Loughlin Fans for Organ Donation" group -
especially if you are a supporter of our group and its fundraising campaigns!
Yesterday, a French fan named Annie Lepoittevin posted about me and our group's
current birthday campaign on Alex's Facebook page and actually criticized us for raising
funds for "Legacy of Life Hawaii". This French fan has repeatedly and publicly
accused me of offending or "betraying" Alex by raising funds for the "wrong" charity. Please
read her post and my long reply to it to better understand what has been going
on for a couple of years already. This fan is the main reason why I have
repeatedly considered closing my fansite and Facebook pages because it gets so
very tiring to have to deal with fans like her.
Since the texts are too long to write on this news page, I put them on a
separate page. I copied the texts from Alex's page where you can read them, too.
They are in the guest posts section, along with a number of encouraging comments from our
followers and friends.

When I became head of the a.m. fan group, I would have never imagined that I
would some day have
to defend myself for raising funds for an organ donation charity and
that a fan would publicly accuse me of "betraying" Alex by no longer supporting
a certain charity that this fan considers the only "right" charity worth
supporting. It's sad but true - even more so, as the main reason why we no
longer support that charity is this fan herself!

Boss Peter's other show "MacGyver": The Season 2 DVDs are released in Germany
today!
The show just won the Teen Choice Award 2019 for best TV drama show which shows
that it is quite popular. Season 3 of the show currently airs in Germany on
Tuesday nights at 8:15 p.m. on Sat.1. In the U.S., Season 4 is currently filming
but will not be on the air until mid-season (fall/winter).

As I don't know her previous work, I can't say much about this new cast addition.

their last names. These two are great together - both on and off screen. Meaghan
told me at last year's SOTB that Beulah is her favorite colleague to work with,

The best shows on CBS will be back next Friday
with repeats from Season 9 (H50) resp. Season 1 (Magnum P.I.). Well, you can
always rewatch old episodes on DVD or CBS All Access.

Fans of Alex have a few more hours
to send birthday greetings for him in our birthday campaign by the "Alex
O'Loughlin Fans for Organ Donation"!
The group card will get finished later today (Sunday), so you still have some
time to email your message for birthday boy Alex. And, of course, we'd be happy
if you'd also support organ donation by making a donation to "Legacy of Life
Hawaii" and let us know about it. Fans always ask how much has been donated but
we don't know if those who participate don't tell us. So far, we know that over
255 dollars were donated, for sure, but at least one more fan mentionned that
she donated but didn't say how much. And some fans just sent birthday greetings
for Alex but didn't mention a donation. So, frankly, we have no idea how much
will be donated in total but it doesn't really matter. Every dollar helps to
raise organ donor awareness and to support organ donation in Hawaii.

The press release for the Season 10
premiere episode of H50 is out and makes me wonder...
The release says that Five-0 says "Good-bye" to one of their own, and I
can only guess who it will be because all of the actors playing Five-0 members
were already seen in BTS-photos and videos from filming for the new season. Maybe the one
actor/character who's been seen on set only once will say "Good-bye"
but is still alive when he makes the decision to leave the team. That would be a
much better farewell than to know that someone died in the last scene of the
season 9 finale.
