the first organ transplantation in Hawaii with us! For Donate Life Month, we are
raising funds for "Legacy of Life Hawai'i" to honor the many donors who have
given the gift of life in Hawaii within the last five decades.
With your donation, you support the work of the Hawaiian charity and people
touched by organ donation. Thank you for your much appreciated contribution! The

compliment comes from someone who usually doesn't like episodes all that much if
they include flashbacks that go so far back in time that my favorite characters

Happy H50 Tuesday to the German
fans with the "new" H50 ep. 9.09 on Sat.1 at 10:15 p.m.!
The episode brings back memories of spending hours in the heat with another H50
fan outside the "Other Realms" comic book store as we were waiting (in vain) for
a chance for her to get a photo with Alex. At least Dennis saved the day by
taking the time for a photo with her during a short break. The episode also
includes nice scenes with Five-0 and dog Eddie on Kuhio Ave. where I
watched (or tried to watch) some filming with friends, too.

Sorry guys - I didn't have access to
the fansite for a couple of days due to server changes by my web provider. No
worries, I'm not shutting down the fansite. I would never do so while I'm
running a fundraising campaign, like I do this month :-) While I can't upload

I could have done without a certain scene at a crematorium where
someone dies in a rather unpleasant way but apart from this scene, the episode
was a lot of fun thanks to McDanno and their furry friends. There were also some
really good "calm" scenes with conversations between Tani and Junior, as well as
Adam and Lou.

VOX - Yes, it airs on a different network than H50. There'll be 2 episodes each
Wednesday. I think many H50 fans will love this show, too - they do in the U.S.,
so Germany shouldn't be any different.

While fans would love to see new episodes every week, it's impossible but
the decision to show an older episode on Good Friday is a good one because a lot
of fans are travelling for the long Easter weekend and might not be able to
watch.

Important message to the fans of
H50: Support local cast and crew members by signing this petition to keep
filming and TV production in Hawaii and, thus, to save jobs in Hawaii!
Let's help keep expensive Hawaii attractive for the film and TV industry by
means of tax incentives. The benefits for the local economy are sooo much higher
than the tax credit granted to production companies. All of the fans who keep
asking for the Season 10 renewal of H50 should absolutely sign the petition to
support our favorite cast and crew in Hawaii and to secure their future - not
only while the show runs but also beyond. A lot of them have families to feed -
which is not easy in Hawaii due to the high cost of living. Mahalo on behalf of

instructors!
Fans might remember that Alex and Egan gave a few self-defense classes for women
several years ago. Fans who attended the classes had a great time and learned
usefull self-defense moves. Now is YOUR chance to attend a class on June 1.
There'll be two sessions with slightly different photo options. In the first
session at 1 p.m., fans will get a group photo with Alex and Egan. In the second
session at 3 p.m., fans will get a t-shirt and an individual photo with Alex or
Egan. The price for the second class is higher.

While Alex supports the Kapiolani Medical Center in Hawaii with the proceeds of
self-defense classes he will be giving in June, our "Alex O'Loughlin Fans for
Organ Donation" group supports the organ donation charity "Legacy of Life
Hawaii" in our current fundraising campaign for Donate Life Month.
If you can, please participate by making a donation because, if you do, you
could win a little "Easter egg" (a surprise gift). It's important to send us an
email afterwards to let us know about your donation, so we can keep track and
can also notify the two winners of the surprise gifts. Of course, we can't offer
a fancy prize like a self-defense class with Alex or a photo with him but I'm

loves Halloween as much as I love H50 :-)
It was fun to talk to him about his love of Halloween when I met him at the
SOTB9 premiere last year. When I asked him if he would like to write a Halloween
episode for H50, he replied that it would be a lot of fun. I hope he'll get a
chance in an upcoming season - it's my birthday wish for him! The picture at the
bottom right in the collage is from my short interview with him. You can tell he
was in a good mood that night :-)
