CBS will repeat the Season 2 premiere of Salvation with H50's Ian Anthony Dale tonight at 10/9c!
The second episode of the new season will air Monday night, so you can catch up on ep. 2.01 today if you missed it. And if you still don't know - one of the main characters in "Salvation" is played by H50's own Ian Anthony Dale (Adam), and this summer-series is also produced by H50 boss Peter Lenkov.

JULY 2, 2018:

Happy H50 Monday to the German fans with three episodes from Season 7 on Sat.1 from 10:15 p.m.!
Fans in Germany should absolutely tune in to enjoy the episdoes 7.02 to 7.04 because from next week, H50 will be replaced by "SEAL Team" and there will be only one H50 episode after midnight. Well, at least, the second season of MacGyver (also by H50 Boss Peter) will premiere at 8:15 p.m. next Monday but it's not quite the same as our top-favorite show H50.

Sorry for the "recycled" collage (Some of you know it already) but I was too tired to make a new one last night - and today, I'll be out to watch a movie at the Munich Film Festival after work, so I might be home too late to make any collages.

It seems like "Magnum P.I." will start filming much later than H50 - if I'm interpreting this post by Peter correctly!
We've heard before that H50 starts filming on July 10, so we can assume that Magnum P.I. won't start filming until July 26, according to this post. Since Magnum P.I. shot a pilot back in March, the new team is actually ahead in time since CBS can show the pilot first when the new show premieres in fall around the same time as H50.

JULY 8, 2018: Have a Sunny Sunday!

As we count down to the return of the awesome cast & crew of H50, here's a collage with the wonderful cast!
It's not new but quite true since everyone returns for the blessing this Monday and for filming on Tuesday. I very much look forward to seeing coverage of the blessing (We still don't know if there will be any livestream) and the occasional BTS-photos from the set. Preparations, such as location-scouting, have already been in process for a while. There will be some filming at one of my friends' apartment buildings next week and I'm very happy and keeping my fingers crossed for her to finally get a photo with Alex. She's been out of luck for way too long! Please note and understand that it's a closed set and that only the residents will get to meet the cast - I will definitely not share my friend's address.

I've set up my new page for Season 9. There's not much on it yet but I'll keep adding important dates or coverage from the blessing on Monday - if anything gets shared online. I wished I already knew at what time the blessing will take place. I hope to find out when I get back from work - I doubt that it will be as early in the morning (Hawaiian time) as in previous years because there's no hurry since filming doesn't start until a day later (Tuesday).

Update about the Season 9 blessing of H50:
In a personal Twitter reply from H50 boss Peter to a diehard fan, he wrote that it's on TUESDAY at 6 a.m.!!! The fan (Maggie from the UK) sent me a screenshot of Peter's tweet. There has been another Twitter post by a Hawaiian actor who wrote that the blessing is on Monday and will be livestreamed by HNN (Hawaii News Now) - but Boss Peter should know better. And HNN hasn't mentionned anything in their livestream.

JULY 11, 2018:

Happy H50 Late-Night to the TNT viewers with two Season 5 episodes from 3 a.m. on Thursday morning!
Sleepless fans in the U.S. can rewatch H50 ep. 5.21 and 5.22 in the middle of the night. I'm pretty sure that the Elvis tunes and the loud shootout at the end of ep. 5.21 will keep you wide awake :-)

Short statement because fans are wondering why Alex and Scotty weren't at the Season 8 blessing of H50:
Scotty hasn't attended most of the previous blessings either because he usually stays in L.A. a little longer to celebrate his daughter's birthday there - Thus, his absence at the blessing didn't really surprise me. I was very surprised that Alex wasn't there. As a matter of fact, I believe that his absence was the reason why there was zero livestreaming from the event because everyone would have asked why he's not there - instead of focusing on the blessing for the upcoming, very special anniversary season. I can only guess (!) why Alex wasn't there. He may either have made an agreement to start filming later (like Scotty) which, however, probably wouldn't have kept him from the blessing because he knows how important this Hawaiian tradition is for everyone on the show. Therefore, my personal guess (and it's a guess only!) is that he might have caught a bad cold or flu on the long flight back from his recent vacation and didn't want everyone else on the team to catch a cold or flu from him and he wants to get better before he returns to work in a few days. I don't think there's any serious reason for his absence since his colleagues wouldn't have looked so happy in their little video clips from Tuesday. While I can only guess why Alex wasn't at the blessing, I am 100% sure that he will be back for filming SOON. No worries!

Thanks to H50 Boss Peter for confirming that there is NO need to worry about Alex's and Scotty's absence at the blessing - They are simply still on hiatus!
Both of them are not even back in Hawaii yet according to Peter and, therefore, were not at the blessing yesterday. They start shooting next Monday, July 16 - as a matter of fact, Alex is scheduled to film next week at an apartment building that a friend of mine lives at - The residents were informed about the upcoming shoot. Anyway - all of the actors who were (back) in Oahu on Tuesday, did attend the blessing!
Peter also replied to other fan questions about Season 9:
He mentionned that they are currently filming episode 3 of the new season and the premiere shoots in a few weeks.
He also wrote that there will be something special for the 50th anniversary but Peter doesn't want to give anything away yet.

Season 9 wll be a very special one for Dennis since the show's 50th anniversary marks an important milestone for his own family. His dad Kam Fong played Chin Ho Kelly in the original series and Dennis plays Sgt. Duke Lukela in the reboot, so there've been two generations of his family working on the show.

Before we ask for your kind support in our annual fundraiser for Alex's birthday in August, you may want to know a little more about our group - especially those of you who are new followers of our pages and fansites.
That's why I'm reposting a blog I wrote for Taylor's Gift Foundation back in 2014 (long before I became head of our group). In this blog, I explained my reasons for supporting organ donation - and how Alex inspired me to join him in actively promoting organ donation.
Please note that our group was renamed in Feb. 2017 (The 'AOL Fans for Donate Life' are now the 'AOL Fans for Organ Donation'). A few links and references in the blog are obsolete but the overall message and content are still true. We hope that the blog will inspire more fans to raise organ donor awareness and to support the great work of Taylor's Gift and similar charities. The new Five-0 Redux blog is all about Steve McGarrett, his health, relationships & more!
Today's collage focuses on Steve's relationship with Cath. After all their sad and disappointing good-byes, their chances for a happy future together don't look good, at all. While I absolutely loved this couple in the past, I'm sad to say that Steve's facial expressions in these pictures speak volumes - and I would hate for him to get hurt like this again. Cath clearly puts her job first. Her priorities and her choice of the same job as Doris McGarrett - a job that has led to enormous grief and pain for McGarrett's family - have destroyed any chance for a "believable" revival of this relationship (in my humble opinion).

As the head of the "Alex O'Loughlin Fans for Organ Donation" and a long-time supporter of organ donation, I love the fact that H50 has incorporated this important topic on the show. While certain details of the storyline might not always be 100% correct or realistic, the fantastic primetime show has definitely helped to raise awareness of the benefits of organ donation - and that's a good thing! Speaking about organ donation - stay tuned for the upcoming birthday fundraiser by our a.m. group. As mentionned before, the fundraiser will benefit Alex's favorite organ donation charity Taylor's Gift. JULY 29, 2018: Have a Sunny Sunday!

Magnum and McGarrett have a lot in common - Find out more about it in the latest Five-0 Redux blog!
Not only are both main characters ex-Navy SEALs who share their love of fast, cool cars and their good looks - but they both have similar current jobs which makes it very likely that their paths will cross rather sooner than later. Both live on O'ahu and together with dogs - although Magnum probably feels more "respect" for Higgins' lads (dobermans) than love while McEddie clearly love each other.

Thanks to H50 Boss Peter and to the fans for making me a happy fansite admin and collage-maker today :-)
Not only did Peter like and share my Magnum/McGarrett collage on Twitter (see screenshot) but our "Alex O'Loughlin Fans for Organ Donation" Facebook page reached 7,000 Likes this week, too. Little highlights like these are good motivation to keep up the time-consuming work of running a couple of fansites and making hundreds of collages each year :-)

Congrats to Kekoa Kekumano (Steve's "adoptive son" Nahele on H50) on his role in the movie "Aquaman"!

This photo from the H50 set for the Season 9 premiere evokes memories of the original show's pilot "Cocoon"
Since I was never a fan of the old show, I had to google the pilot. Well, after watching essential parts of it, I already feel sorry for poor Steve but I am also quite sure that Alex will deliver one of his most outstanding performances. With its Season 9 premiere episode, the reboot will clearly honor the original show by recreating the pilot from 1968 - which is a fantastic way to pay tribute to the original series on its 50th anniversary in September.
