Happy Birthday to Ian Anthony Dale who, of course, plays Kono's hubby Adam on H50!

I don't know why some fans thought this guy would give a massage to Alex right
there at the health bar :-) It's a place where you can get healthy food! Happy guy Brandon who posted the photo is probably
working and/or studying at the Kapi'iolani Community College (when he's not
fighting as a jiu-jitsu athlete sponsored by
www.breakpointfc.com)
and most likely got a bite to eat at the Health Bar during a break and happened
to meet fellow jiu-jitsu fan Alex. That's my guess, anyway :-)
By the way, I think Alex not only looks very relaxed at the moment but also
really great with the sunnies and the very short, trimmed beard (P.S.: This
comment comes from someone who usually hates beards :-)).

While I definitely enjoyed seeing Steve obviously having fun with Lynn, I think
Cath has always been the love of his life and the perfect match for him. Since
he now knows that she left because of some "secret mission", he probably
understands and will forgive her when she returns in Season 7. But after her
return, she better starts telling him the truth - He's a big boy, after all, and
a Navy SEAL and he can take the truth! If her missions are really THAT important
that she'd leave Steve because of them, he's likely to understand as long as
she's being honest with him. If she starts telling him lies again, I'll
personally help Steve kick her off the islands to give him a chance to finally
forget her :-)

JULY 6, 2016:
Welcome back to the cast & crew
for shooting Season 7 of H50 - Filming starts Wednesday morning in Hawai'i
As usual, there will be a traditional blessing ceremony in the morning before
the cameras start rolling - and once they do, fans hope to see more awesome and
funny BTS-photos like the ones in the collage. Mahalo nui loa or a BIG Thank You to
all the cast and crew members (Daniel, Karen, Masi, Julie, Michelle, Justin,
Will etc.) who've shared their photos with fans over the last six seasons - and
to those who will post photos from the set while working on the new season. As
fans who wait impatiently for the show to return to our TV screens, we very much
love and appreciate all those little bits and pieces (photos and video clips)
from the set which help to endure the long wait for the premiere in September.
Best wishes for a successful and truly blessed Season 7 to everyone
working on the show!
There is no information yet on when the blessing
will take place but it's usually between 6 and 7 am (Hawaiian time) which is
between 6 and 7 pm in Germany and its neighbour countries. I suggest to follow the Hawaii News Now Sunrise
livestream page to see if they will provide live coverage of the blessing (in

Happy Hawaii Five-0 Friday to the
US fans with ep. 6.12 on CBS and four older episodes on TNT
CBS will show a repeat of ep. 6.12 "Ua ola loko i ke aloha" (Love gives life
within) - the episode in which the McGarretts said "Aloha" to Aunt Deb - the
episode had both funny and very moving moments and was certainly one of the
favorite episodes for the fans of Alex and Carol Burnett (who played Deb). Oh,
and the episode also gave fans the first love scene with Chibby!

Wendie's new Five-0 Redux blog is
about the blessing & more...
Wendie also writes about the fans' love and support of the show worldwide and
refers to critics who include diehard fans of the original show, who often
forget that the reboot isn't really comparable to the original. While I
absolutely love the reboot, I've never watched the original show for more than
ten minutes. My Dad, however, loves the original 1970s show and refuses to watch
the reboot, claiming that it couldn't possibly be as good as the original.
Different generations have different tastes, I guess. As a fansite admin,
however, I also know of many fans who love both the old and new show.

JULY 10, 2016: Have a Sunny Sunday!
Alex was really cute and fun to
watch at this week's Season 7 blessing - So here's a collage with just him
and Billy V
It was good to see him smiling and obviously relaxed and blowing a kiss to his
fans.
We (his fans) always love to see him happy like this. One fansite called his
fans and Alex "a match made in heaven" and it's true :-)

Since the title of H50 ep. 7.01
translates into "Ready to play", I played around a bit with photos from my
vacation in Hawaii and from the blessing this week...

I'm not amused to see that 95% of
the collages posted by the IG user '808hawaiifive0" are MY collages and he/she
doesn't even credit the source properly :-(
About 95% of the collages posted on this user's page were made by ME for my
fansite and for Wendie's Five-0 Redux Facebook page. I don't mind fans sharing a
collage from time to time, as long as they indicate the source but it's kind of
stupid if people copy and post the work of other fans ONLY and never create
anything themselves and don't even credit the source properly. Why do they even
set up a page if they don't have anything of their own to post?! Take a look at
this account - and if you follow my fansite regularly, you'll realize that
almost all of this fan's posts are MY collages!

No new collage for a couple of
reasons - mainly a certain "frustration" about two facts:
1) Fans are copying and sharing my collages ALL over the web without giving
credit
2) Facebook obviously hates our Five-0 Redux page and constantly asks us to pay
money to promote it and to make FB show our posts to the followers (The number
of followers is growing at a snail's pace, compared to other pages). I wished FB
would realize that 99% of the posts on our page are posted by a fan who makes
absolutely no money - and Wendie only gets paid for one single blog each week -
and I'm quite sure that it's not a fortune.

After last week's repeat of ep. 6.12 "Ua ola loko i ke aloha" (Love gives life
within), in which Aunt Deb sadly passed away, Wendie decided to dedicate an
entire blog to Deb because she was loved by so many fans (incl. myself) and, of
course, by her nephew and niece, Steve and Mary-Ann, to whom Aunt Deb had been a
surrogate mother after their own mother faked her death 20 years ago and

Kekumano who plays Nahele on H50!
Somehow, my screencaps of Nahele vanished into
thin air and I could only find very few, so the collage is a bit "simple" :-(
It's nearly impossible to top the
excellent H50 stuntwork of Jeff Cadiente's team but with Jerry La Flair on board
of ep. 7.01, the stunts on H50 might become even more amazing and breathtaking
than ever - if that's possible, at all!

New fans might not know that Alex was actually in the final casting round for
the role of James Bond and was competing only against Daniel Craig whom I've
never liked as Bond - actually, he made me stop watching the Bond movies. I'm
happy to have my favorite Bond on H50 because enjoying Steve McBond in 25
episodes each season is so much better than having to wait for a Bond movie to
come out every other year!

US fans with a repeat of ep. 6.16 on CBS and four Season 4 episodes on TNT!
CBS will start the weekly H50 fun with ep. 6.16 "Ka pōhaku kiki pa'a" (The solid
cornerstone). Fans can look forward to several great, partly recurring
guest-stars (Will Yun Lee as Sang Min, Michael Imperioli as Odell and Ziggy
Marley).

Personal info: Those
of you who know that I live in Munich, may be glad to hear that I am safe at
home. Please don't worry!
If you didn't know - there was a shooting in Munich tonight at a shopping mall
and, at least, 8 people were killed and there may still be up to 3 killer on the
run. The police has asked people to stay at home and public transport was
stopped hours ago and taxis are out of operation, too, by order of the police.
The central train-station is also closed.

Update from Munich:
There was "only" one shooter who killed nine persons at the shopping mall before
he committed suicide near the mall. There were sixteen people injured (incl.
children) who are still in the hospital - in addition, 1 or 2 victims died at
the hospital. The police are still trying to find out the shooter's motives.
Although he is an 18-year-old German-Iranian, he was heard screaming in a video
that he was born in Germany. Based on witness statements, the police had
initially assumed that there were two more shooters who fled from the scene at
high speed - they "caught" both and they were found to be innocent. Since there
were also calls to the police in which scared (overreacting) citizens said they
had heard shots at various public locations in the city center, the police HAD
to react and assume the worst, which is why they told everyone to stay at home
and stopped public transport and evacuated the train-station and set up road
blocks. Those false alerts by people calling the police caused the massive
police activities in the city center incl. helicopters flying above the
apartment building I live in. This was kind of scary because, at the same time,
TV stations reported that there were shootings in the city center - which was
not true! The only actual shooting turned out to be the one at the mall - which
is bad enough for those who were there and are under shock (like one of my
friends and her family) or even lost a family member or friend. My condolences
to those mourning the loss of a loved one.
Sorry for posting this update here on my fansite but a lot of my friends incl.
Facebook friends who are fellow fans, worried last night and I just want to let
everyone know that I'm safe and which facts were given by the police - there
were too many rumors and false alerts last night.

A German fansite tweeted that H50
will be back on Sat.1 in Germany this fall
While the return of H50 later this year is "likely", there has been no official
confirmation by Sat.1 - and back in spring they even made an official
announcement about the return of H50 in April and then revoked their
announcement one day later, saying that they meant "Scorpion" - not H50. So
frankly, I do not believe in any news about the return of H50 on Sat.1 until it
actually shows up in my TV schedule for a fixed date and time.

I really liked Claire in "Meet Joe Black" (I got a poster of the movie next to
me on the wall), although my favorite in that movie was Anthony Hopkins, who's

Happy Birthday to Silke who has

She's the main admin of the AOL German Fan Club page, co-founder of the fan club
and of the AOL Fans for Donate Life and also runs the German FB page of the AOL
Fans for Donate Life. I'd say she more than deserves to get many birthday wishes
with her favorite vampire Mick. My collage has turned out a bit "simple" due to
lack of time last night - due to a fan who kept writing very strange messages in
French to the fan-club page which Silke asked me to reply to. Sometimes I feel
more like a "babysitter" for fans than a fansite admin...

A woman who watched H50 filming said it was Alex's stunt-double who got hurt
"flying over a car". According to this Star Advertiser article, the injury is
not serious, so let's all hope for the best and wish him to get well soon!

dedicated to cool Chi McBride as Lou Grover on H50
After the recent blogs about the other four main Five-0 team members
and the actors playing them, it's time to take a look at Chi whose character Lou
was the perfect addition to the main cast, in my opinion (which a lot of fans
share). Here's the blog about a really cool, nice and humorful guy who,
according to Alex and Scotty, "brought a breath of fresh air" to the set when he
joined them in Season 4. They obviously love him and enjoy having fun and little
cigar breaks together on set :-)
